CREBA First Look

On Tuesday, December 3rd, CREBA members got an exclusive “First Look” at Property Group Partner’s newly delivered trophy office project – Capitol Crossing. PGP has continued their track record of developing world class trophy office buildings in the district by delivering the first phase of their project. The PGP team built a seven acre platform over i95 to restore the DC city grid to the original L’Enfant master plan.
The first phase of Capitol Crossing features 200 and 250 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, two trophy, beyond LEED platinum buildings abutting Massachusetts Avenue. Tenants of the buildings will have access to 3 private rooftop terraces, a 200+ person conference center, over 18,000sf of fitness studios and even a private car service for tenants. CREBA
members were able to learn about some of the unique green offerings the project has, such as their live eco-chimneys, rain-water harvesting systems, and cogeneration plant. The attendees were also able to see the master vision of Capitol Crossing, which will feature 3 more mixed use buildings, bringing retail and life to the growing part of town.
Thank you to Property Group Partners for the “First Look” and a delicious breakfast.
