The Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington, DC established the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Hall of Fame to honor professionals in the commercial real estate industry in the greater Washington region.

 

Individuals are selected by the CREBA President’s Council, which is made up of past CREBA presidents dating back to the early 1990s. The Council will consider nominations made by any CREBA member and may make its own nominations.

 

The Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Hall of Fame is designed to celebrate the ‘best of the best’ and strives to induct the most-esteemed group of professionals. Therefore, the strictest standards are applied to the selection of these inductees and the number selected in any given year will vary from a minimum of one to a maximum of four individuals, with no more than one being selected posthumously in any one year.

 

In order to be eligible for the Hall of Fame, a candidate must no longer be active in day to day brokerage activities OR have been in the brokerage business for a minimum of 35 years. When making a nomination, please consider these components: years in the industry; contributions to the Washington, DC area real estate brokerage community; mentorship activities; participation in significant transactions or developments and general qualities of congeniality, fairness, and ethical conduct. To make your nomination, please answer the following questions and submit by June 24, 2024.
