To Apply for recognition, please complete these 3 steps:
The online application will allow you to enter your total calculated sales statistics and square footage, but also requires a list of transactions to back up those numbers. After entering your information, you must include the name and email address for your Approving Broker to serve as their signature approving these numbers. Then, you will be asked to upload a list of your 2018 transactions within the DC, MD and/or VA jurisdictions.
Transactions which you enter from outside the CREBA region can not be more than 25% of the total value of your deals.
A tally of your entered sales information must be reviewed by your Approving Broker. Approving Broker’s name and email address should be included in your submission to serve as approval. Your application will also be reviewed by CREBA staff.
Award Winners will be announced on Monday, April 23rd at our Annual Awards Dinner at The Ritz Carlton in Washington, DC. Attended by over 500 of the best of the best in our industry, the Awards Dinner has long been known as CREBA’s premier annual event. This is your opportunity to put your name in the company of illustrious past winners.
Please vote for your favorite firm, or firms, in the industry. All nominations and forms are due by midnight Wednesday, February 6, 2019. Winners will be recognized at the Annual Awards dinner! Tickets can be purchased online or by calling 301.503.5425.
REMEMBER: Awards applications must be completed and submitted online on or BEFORE midnight on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Incomplete forms & paper forms will not be accepted.
