To Apply for recognition, please complete these 3 steps:
The online application will allow you to either upload or enter location, size of deal and other required information for your 2018 transactions within the region. Transactions which you enter from outside the CREBA region can not be more than 25% of the total value of your deals.
A tally of your entered leasing information and approval from your Broker should be submitted by midnight Wednesday, February 6, 2019. Your Approving Broker’s name, email address and date of approval must be included in your submission. Your application will also be reviewed by CREBA staff.
Once you have reviewed the rules and you are ready to begin, download the MS Excel Sample Spreadsheet and fill in applicable information. Share spreadsheet with your Broker for approval.
Award Winners will be announced on Monday, April 1st at our Annual Awards Dinner at The Ritz Carlton in Washington, DC. Attended by over 500 of the best of the best in our industry, the Awards Dinner has long been known as CREBA’s premier annual event. This is your opportunity to put your name in the company of illustrious past winners.
Please vote for your favorite firm, or firms, in the industry. All nominations and forms are due by midnight Wednesday, February 6, 2019. Winners will be recognized at the Annual Awards dinner! Tickets can be purchased online or by calling 301.503.5425.
REMEMBER: Awards applications must be completed and submitted online on or BEFORE midnight on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Incomplete forms & paper forms will not be accepted.
