To Apply for recognition, please complete these 3 steps:
Transactions which you enter from outside the CREBA region can not be more than 25% of the total value of your deals.
A tally of your entered leasing information and a request for approval must be shared with your Broker. Your Broker must approve the submission. The name and email address of your Approving Broker must be provided in your submission along with the date of that approval.
Once you have reviewed the rules and you are ready to begin, download the MS Excel Sample Spreadsheet and fill in applicable information. Share spreadsheet with your approving broker before it is submitted. This spreadsheet should be uploaded with your submission.
For any applicant where seventy-five percent (75%) or more of the total square footage or Aggregate Lease Value listed on their application results from government transactions, the applicant will be counted under the special category for Government Leasing.
Award Winners will be announced on Monday, April 1st at our Annual Awards Dinner at The Ritz Carlton in Washington, DC. Attended by over 500 of the best of the best in our industry, the Awards Dinner has long been known as CREBA’s premier annual event. This is your opportunity to put your name in the company of illustrious past winners.
Please vote for your favorite firm, or firms, in the industry. All nominations and forms are due by midnight Wednesday, February 6, 2019. Winners will be recognized at the Annual Awards dinner! Tickets can be purchased online or by calling 301.503.5425
REMEMBER: Awards applications must be completed and submitted online on or BEFORE midnight on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Incomplete forms & paper forms will not be accepted.
