Click here to read the Leasing Club Rules. The Top Developers / Landlords Awards are exclusively for those providing leasing services for their own company’s developments, and follow the same Leasing Club Rules.

The Excel MS file will allow you to enter location, size of deal and other required information for your 2018 transactions within the DC, MD and/or VA jurisdictions.

  • When transaction information is entered, all totals will be automatically calculated.

Transactions which you enter from outside the CREBA region can not be more than 25% of the total value of your deals.


step Three

A tally of your entered leasing information along with your Broker’s approval (Approving Broker name, email address and date is requested as part of the submission) must be received by the deadline of midnight on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. Your application will also be reviewed by CREBA staff.


Award Winners will be announced on Monday, April 1st at our Annual Awards Dinner at The Ritz Carlton in Washington, DC. Attended by over 500 of the best of the best in our industry, the Awards Dinner has long been known as CREBA’s premier annual event. This is your opportunity to put your name in the company of illustrious past winners.

Please vote for your favorite firm, or firms, in the industry. All nominations and forms are due by midnight Wednesday, February 6, 2019. Winners will be recognized at the Annual Awards dinner! Tickets can be purchased online or by calling 301.503.5425.

REMEMBER: Awards applications must be completed and submitted online on or BEFORE midnight on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Incomplete forms & paper forms will not be accepted.
