Darian brings 20 years of experience during which he has overseen federal real estate transactions nationwide valued at over $6.5 billion. Darian is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Board of Directors. 2017 was an exceptional year for Darian in terms of deal volume, size and transaction complexity. Darian ranked #5 nationally in 2017 for Cushman & Wakefield. Some of his most notable transactions include TSA, 623,000 sf full building transaction in Springfield, VA; 200,000 sf with the government of the District of Columbia at 1200 1st street, N.E., DC; 173,000 sf new lease transaction with the Peace Corp at 1275 1st Street, N.E., DC; and 131,000 sf for USDA at 1320 Braddock Place, Alexandria, VA. He has also completed other smaller deals for a total aggregate rent of $596,177,243.00.
Beyond his professional success, Darian has made time to mentor numerous associates, mid-level brokers, and continues to be an adviser to senior level brokers throughout the D.C. commercial real estate community. Darian has long been respected and admired by the business and real estate community, as well as his peers and friends. Simply put, Darian LeBlanc is the consummate “Man for Others”. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, as a Federal Government Contractor, Darian oversaw the development and the day-to-day operations of an 18-person federal services group.
